West Ryde Rovers Academy - Term 3

The West Ryde Rovers x 2nd Nature Football Player Development Academy is designed for players who want to improve their game through professional coaching in a positive, challenging environment.

Across this 8 week program, players will develop the technical, tactical and mental skills that transfer directly into matches. Every session is built to maximise ball touches, decision making and confidence while complementing their regular team training.

Players are grouped into age appropriate programs to ensure every session is engaging and challenging.

Junior Development Program (U8-U12)

Perfect for players looking to build strong technical foundations, improve first touch, passing, dribbling, ball mastery and game awareness while gaining confidence on the ball.

Youth Development Program (U13+)

Designed for older players wanting to play faster, make better decisions under pressure and prepare for higher levels of football through purposeful, game realistic training.

Every player receives:

• Professional coaching from experienced 2nd Nature Football coaches

• Small group training for maximum involvement

• An individual FREE Player Development Assessment

• A fun, positive and challenging learning environment
